TRADE TERMS AND RIGHTS
RIGHTS
All rights to digital products and all material, printed and digital, which is made available in relation to digital products, courses, guidance, coaching, subscriptions, webinars and all content on the website www.camillasage.com, belong to Camilla Sage AS. This also includes visual expression, as well as associated social media.
Upon purchase, you get personal right of use to products and associated material. Products and material must only be used for your own use, and not distributed further and shared with a third party.
Products and materials must not be used for purposes other than those for which they were intended at the time of purchase. They must not be used commercially in direct or indirect competition with Camilla Sage AS's business.
In the event of a violation of these rights, or suspicion of a violation, Camilla Sage AS has the right to exclude the person from products and programs, without refund of payments already made.
Violation of the rights will have legal consequences with compensation claims.

PRICES:
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. The prices change continuously. The client will be invoiced for the price in force on the day of the order.
PAYMENT:
Payment is made using a secure third party, Stripe or Paypal. The information you enter is sent directly to the payment actor in encrypted form, and no one other than you and the actor has reader access to the information.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
If you use the right of cancellation within 14 days of your purchase, Camilla Sage AS will refund the full amount, with applicable exceptions:
Digital products:
When purchasing digital products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies until you have logged in for the first time and can use resources and materials. After that, the right to cancel expires. If you buy a digital product where you receive the product directly without logging in, there is no right of withdrawal.
Booked coaching sessions:
After you have booked a coaching session and received confirmation of this booking, the following cancellation rules apply:
If you cannot attend at the agreed time, you must notify us as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours before the appointment in order to be able to reschedule the appointment. If it is canceled later than the deadline of 48 hours, the amount for the lesson will not be refunded.
Online Course, Wholehearted Transformation:
Registration is binding. If you wish to withdraw from the course and do so within 7 days before the start, you will be invoiced an administration fee of 5% + VAT. If you wish to withdraw from the course after the 7-day deadline, you have the following options:
You can pass your place on to someone else, but you must find someone to take it over yourself.
You can change the payment for the course to other products supplied by Camilla Sage AS.
You can delay startup until the only time the program starts.
Once the program has started, participation is binding and you cannot pass your place on to someone else or receive payment in return.
Subscription and membership:
By purchasing a subscription and/or membership, the customer approves that Camilla Sage AS has the right to carry out ongoing transactions on the customer's payment card. The customer agrees that Camilla BSage AS can carry out a payment transaction for each payment period as long as the subscription is ongoing. Payment is made on the last banking day before a new payment period begins according to the customer's purchase of the product.
After each completed payment, a receipt is sent by email to the email address the customer used when purchasing/creating a subscription.
Current membership and subscription are valid until terminated by Camilla Sage AS or the customer. Termination can take place when the binding period has expired (if the subscription/membership is binding), with 1 month's notice unless otherwise stated.
Updating card information is done on your personal member pages. When the card expires, an email is automatically generated with a reminder that the information must be updated.
TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION OR MEMBERSHIP:
Termination must be sent in writing to [email protected], no later than 3 days before the next payment transaction.
Information is given on the price when entering into an agreement and making a purchase.
The subscription/membership may have its own terms and conditions, which are disclosed at the time of purchase.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING AND MEMBERSHIP WITH FORUM:
In order to protect each individual client's privacy and make Camilla Sage AS's online forum a safe and trustworthy place, (e.g. closed Facebook groups), the following rules apply:
Only relevant content should be shared.
It is not permitted to contact other participants outside the group while the course is in progress, either privately or for business purposes.
It is not permitted to advertise, link to or in any other way refer to your own or others' websites, services, products or events. Links to own Facebook pages and websites are also not permitted.
It is not permitted to invite other participants into your own or others' Facebook groups or similar communities.
Profile name/username and signature must not contain references to company names, websites, products and other commercial content.
It is not permitted to share posts or links to websites with commercial content, such as blogs, Facebook pages, etc.
RESERVATION OF CHANGES:
Camilla Sage AS reserves the right to change and update rules and conditions that apply to its own websites and products. That is why it is important that you keep yourself up-to-date should any changes occur.
