There are different ways to enter this work, depending on where you are and how much support feels right for you.
If you are ready to go deeper, we can work closely together over time.
If you are earlier in the process, there are ways to begin more gently and at your own pace.
All of it begins in the same place - by working with the body and nervous system that holds the patterns around food.
1:1 Private Work
This is the most direct and supported way of working together, where we stay closely with what is happening in your system over time.
Many of the women who choose this have already tried to figure this out on their own. They understand a lot, they have made efforts, and still find that the patterns return in ways that feel difficult to shift on their own.
What they are often looking for at this point is not more information, but a space where they don’t have to navigate it alone, and where the work can happen at the level where the patterns are actually held.
In this work, we stay with your body, your nervous system, and the moments where things usually take over, so change can begin to happen from within, in a way that doesn’t rely on constant effort or control.
Step Out of the Cycle Of Overeating And Cravings
(Mini Course)
This is a quieter place to begin if you want to understand why the patterns around food keep returning, even when you know what to do.
It offers a way of looking at emotional eating and cravings through the nervous system, and helps you begin to relate to your patterns with more clarity and less pressure.
For some, this becomes a first step into the work. For others, it is a way to start gently before deciding whether they want more support.
If you recognize yourself in this and feel ready to go deeper, the 1:1 work is where we can stay with this together over time.
And if you are not quite there yet, you can begin in a way that feels more steady and see what unfolds from there.
