These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services, programs, and products provided by Camilla Sage AS.
By purchasing or accessing any offering, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services
Camilla Sage AS provides services within:
- Clinical nutrition and dietary guidance
- Coaching and therapeutic support
- Nervous system regulation and somatic work
- Courses, group programs, and digital education
As a registered dietitian and trained therapist, elements of the work may include health-related and therapeutic support.
However:
- Services are not intended as emergency medical or psychiatric care
- You are responsible for seeking additional medical support where needed
- Participation does not replace your relationship with your doctor, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare providers
All services are provided within a relational, educational, and therapeutic framework, where you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
3. Client Responsibility
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your physical and mental health
- You will communicate relevant conditions when necessary
- You take full responsibility for how you apply the material
Camilla Sage AS does not guarantee specific results.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and resources are the intellectual property of Camilla Sage AS.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license.
You may not:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute materials
- Use content commercially or in competing services
Violation may result in:
- Removal from programs
- Legal action
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices:
- Are listed in NOK unless otherwise stated
- Include applicable taxes where required
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Klarna, Vipps, PayPal).
6. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan:
- You are responsible for completing all payments
- Regardless of participation
Failed payments may result in:
- Suspended access
- Requirement to settle the remaining balance in full
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless:
- Digital content has been accessed
- The service has started
- You have consented to immediate delivery
Once access is granted:
Purchases are considered final
8. Refund Policy
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.
No refunds are provided for:
- Digital products after access
- Programs after start
- Unused sessions or missed participation
9. Coaching Sessions
- Rescheduling requires minimum 24 hours notice
- Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable
10. Programs & Courses
Enrollment is binding.
- No refunds after program start
- Access duration is defined per program
- Transfers are not guaranteed
11. Subscriptions & Memberships
Subscriptions renew automatically.
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing
- Minimum 3 days before next billing cycle
Binding periods apply where stated.
12. Community & Confidentiality
All group spaces are confidential.
You agree to:
- Respect othersā€™ privacy
- Not share personal information outside the space
You may not:
- Promote services
- Contact participants for business purposes
- Extract or distribute content
Violation may result in removal without refund.
13. Delivery
Digital products are considered delivered upon access.
Services are delivered according to the schedule provided.
14. Limitation of Liability
Camilla Sage AS is not liable for:
- Individual outcomes
- Health decisions made by the client
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to:
The amount paid for the service
15. Personal Data (GDPR)
We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
This includes:
- Contact details
- Payment information
- Participation data
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request correction or deletion
16. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time.
The latest version applies upon publication.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Disputes are resolved in Norwegian courts.
