Thank you for your interest in my offerings. Each purchase comes with certain terms you'll want to be familiar with. These terms have been carefully crafted to:

Purchases Are Final

Please read each sales page mindfully to avoid any misunderstandings about what is being covered and what is included.

There are no refunds or reimbursements for any reason, so please take your time at the checkout and consider your purchase carefully.
Payment Plans

Where you purchase via a payment plan, you understand that you are responsible for completing your payments until the entire amount has been paid — even if you decide to cease participating in the offering.

Your payments are due on the same day of the month as when you first enrolled.
-
Please ensure that funds are available a few days before your payment date to avoid any issues with payment processing.

If your payment fails, you will immediately receive an email from Stripe, giving you the opportunity to correct the situation.

A second attempt will be made 48-hours later. If this also fails, your payment plan will be cancelled, and access to your course or program will be paused until you are able to settle the remaining amount in full.

This policy is in place to minimize the time-consuming process of chasing up failed payments.
Course Access Duration

Course access duration is clearly stated on each sales page and varies by course. Please review the specific access period before purchasing.

If a course is going to be replaced or removed from Kajabi, you will be given advance notice and the option to download the course material.
Early Enrollment Pricing
-
Early enrollment pricing (when offered) cannot be backdated for any reason. This is another good reason to read my sales pages slowly and mindfully, and to note down when early pricing ends so you don't miss out.
7-day Replays
-
If your purchase includes a 7-day replay, the watch link you are given will expire in seven days from the day you receive it. These replays are not downloadable.

From Head To Heart ("FHTH" or "the Program") is a 8-month intimate journey delivered in a mastermind group. in a community of like minded women. Next start date will be published soon.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE & SCHEDULE

Welcome Call: -

Monthly Calls: 2nd Wednesday of each month at either 11am or 6pm Central European time (90 minutes duration)

Integration Month: No live calls in December. 2025. Camilla will be available in the community space on Wednesdays for support.

Call Platform: Zoom (all calls are recorded)

Group Size: Maximum 6 participants per time slot
WHAT'S INCLUDED

1:1 personal start-up session (90 minutes) - scheduled after enrollment

Monthly mastermind gatherings (September through February, excluding December)

3 × 30-minute on-demand private support calls (schedule via provided link; if no availability, email for same-week accommodation)

Private Kajabi community space with weekly reflection prompts
-
All call recordings (automatically distributed after each call if subscribed to Google Calendar)
PAYMENT SCHEDULE & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When Payments Are Charged: Monthly installments are automatically charged on the same date you enrolled (±1-2 days). For example, if you enrolled on the 15th, your payments will be charged around the 15th of each subsequent month.

Your Responsibility: Ensure sufficient funds are available in your account on your payment date.

Failed Payments: More than 2 failed payments during the program period will require immediate payment of the remaining balance in full. Program access will be suspended until payment is complete.

Use the space for celebrating your wins, weekly reflections, and peer support

No spam, promotional content, or off-topic discussions

ATTENDANCE & ACCESS POLICIES

Missed Calls: All calls are recorded and automatically distributed if you've subscribed to the Google Calendar.

Resource Access: Your access to courses are individual for each course. Access to the recordings of our sessions for a container program ends when the program ends.

Program Completion: The program concludes at t he time that is stated in the landing page. No extensions are available.
TERMINATION POLICY

Early Withdrawal: The program is non-refundable. If you choose to leave early, or can’t continue for any reason, you remain responsible for all remaining monthly payments.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage respectfully in the community space

Maintain confidentiality of other participants

Come prepared to contribute to group discussions

Complete your 1:1 personal start-up session within 30 days of enrollment
Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, content, and resources provided through any course, program, or service remain the intellectual property of Danielle Gardner.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability

Personal Results: Results are not guaranteed. Your personal outcomes depend on your individual focus, effort and implementation of the material and guidance provided. Camilla Sage is not liable for your personal results, decisions, or actions taken based on program content.

Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your personal results, implementation in your life, decisions, and any outcomes resulting from your participation in any course, program, or service.

Liability Limitation: Camilla Sage's total liability for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course, program, or service.
Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to deliver our services, including name, email address, payment information, and any information you provide in community spaces or during calls.

Data Use: Your information is used to deliver the services you've purchased, provide customer support, and send you relevant updates about our offerings and services.

Third-Party Services: We use third-party services (Stripe for payments, Kajabi for courses, Zoom for calls) which have their own privacy policies.

Governing Law
