The Story Of My Work
I write about it all here on this page. The mess and the magic. I write about my teachings and reflections on health, the way we are living, the “myth of normal”, our relationship to ourselves and to our body, healing and so much more. I write about the disconnection we are living in today, from our bodies, minds as well as our cyclic nature. I write about how our brain and mindset works, healing, emotions, coping mechanisms, joys, happiness, nature, stress, sabotaging patterns, self worth, trauma, embodiment, our nervous system and so much more. I write about everything related to how we are living, how our health can thrive, how our experience of life and our quality of life can be the best they can be.Â
My work is for you who feel life is too hectic, trapped in the hamster wheel of life. Like you’re barely able to catch your breath, taking care of yourself is never on the table unless your rubber band is about to snap completely, and you feel like there’s just no time for self-care, rest and slowing down. My work is for you who feel you’re lacking quality of life, like your life isn’t the way you want it to be, for you who’s missing the joy, ease and fun, for you who feel like you’re not living authentically as yourself, and you have developed coping mechanisms that feels impossible to break free from along the way. Lack of stress-management, healthy living and bad habits which are contributing to deteriorating your health and giving you weight issues. The constant struggle of always thinking about food, how you will finally resolve your food issues and lose weight, how you should have been on a diet, it’s either a “good” or a “bad” day and the eternal search for the “holy grail of all diets” which will magically solve all your problems never ends…
I’m interested in you. You who are behind all of these challenges and “everyday struggles”. I’m interested in your dreams, your stories and your wishes.Â
I’m here to teach you how to break free from the struggles you feel stuck in, and help you return to live authentically from your heart, supporting you in creating a life aligned with who you are, filles with joy, ease and inner harmony and peace.Â
I believe we are all here for each other, and that there is no shame in receiving support when we need it. You don’t have to do it all alone. As a matter of fact: No one who seems to “make it and get it right” does it alone.
A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME
I’m a coach and writer by heart, a mother of three, a wife, as well as a clinical dietitian, specialised and certified binge and emotional eating coach, health coach and life coach.Â
I’m an introvert, a lover of good coffee, movement, nature, cooking, food, home creativity, laughter, play, forrest-walks, magic and quality time with family and friends. I spend as much time as possible in nature, and navigate my life towards simplicity, presence, joy and connections.Â
I’m committed to sharing my knowledge, work and messaging, creating safe spaces for women to break free from the conditioned prisons they live in inside themselves. Helping them return to themselves and design their life aligned with who they are on their own terms. Â
I teach, I coach in powerful catalytic ways, I hold space and I promise I will never say way you want to hear, but I will say what you need to hear in a loving and respectful way.Â
My work is all about teaching and supporting women to unbound themselves from “the good girl”, find back their power in their stories and creating a life aligned with who they are, free form all the struggles in their past.Â
I write about it all in my book which will be published in 2024. I share powerful knowledge and efficient tools in my online courses and coaching containers for women who are done struggling with stress, hustle-culture, low self-worth, negative body image, food, binge and emotional eating and more. And I also love to host trainings, workshops and retreats on various topics related to these subjects.Â
I’ve worked with successful career women, medical doctors, lawyers and more, who have stumbled into the coping mechanisms from the stress and pressure they endure every day. somewhere along the way they feel like they got off track and aren’t living life the way they want.
I’ve helped stay home moms break free from food struggles they have developed from lack of sleep, intense pressure off raising kids, doing it all, being it all, and at the same time not having enough time to take care. I’ve helped women in their second half of life, breaking free from eating patterns they’ve struggled with since before they were 10 years old.
I’ve guided hundreds of amazing women from all over the world, ready to reclaim their life and do things differently. To go from struggling with stress, exhaustion, never feeling good enough, disconnection and aches in their body, sabotaging patterns, their health, weight, their relationship with food and themselves, - to absolutely loving life, being on top of things, living their best life, as well as ended the weight loss struggle, yo-yo-dieting and binge and emotional eating.
I believe in inspired and intentional action.
Striving and pushing from the fear of never being good enough or never making it, wont work.
What got you here won’t get you there.
This isn’t a process we can force or pressure. This isn’t about throwing even more onto your plate, - yet another thing to do on the expense of your health and quality of life. Â
This is growing by slowing. Sorting things out and getting on top of things in your life, so you stop playing "catch up", chasing your own tail, while you're trying to outrun your own shadow.Â
It’s about creating an internal shift in where you come from in yourself, doing the right things for the right reasons. When you create this shift, from pressure to pleasure, and you follow the steps and the process in this journey, you will be free to do life on your own terms, creating a life aligned with yourself, filled with joy, ease, for and harmony.
I love to see you break free from the things that’s seemed hopeless to overcome. I love to see you reclaiming your authentic self, doing life on your own terms, moving mountains in your life, and be on top of all things - totally free from the struggle. Â
It gives me total bliss to think about it. You breaking free from your struggles with food, weight, body-image and low self-worth, and moving through life feeling fulfilled, joy, ease and having hope and excitement for your future. Feeling like everything you want is possible for you.Â
You are unique and so worthy. You are so deeply needed.
I believe in the power each of us hold to create the changes we want to see in our own life and in the world. And by not walking the path alone, we heal through letting ourselves be seen as we are, in all our humanness. Putting it all on the table. This is the most empowering growth journey we can take.Â
This transformation holds the key to change your life, and the lives of the people around you.Â
My people - my likeminded peers, my readers, my clients - are brave, bold, tenacious women. They have endured and suffered for so long, and they might sometimes be completely lost and stuck in the struggle, but they refuse to give up. They are fierce, warm, strong and have a strong power of will. And one thing is sure - they refuse to abandon themselves and give up. They are here to commit to finding the solution to their struggles, completing and conquering the path they are on.

You don't have to do it aloneÂ
We all stumble along, trying to live up to all the “should’s” and “must’s”. We want to do it all, be it all. On some level we have been conditioned that this is the way we should live as a human, to be accepted, to be good enough, to belong. It’s the Good girl illusion, tricking us into doing life this way. Â
And as society moves faster and at the same time the demands on our time, resources and energy gets higher, many of us feels like we’re drowning. We are constantly in the “doing” and “the next”, pushing ourselves and constantly battling our To Do-list, like it will have an ending. But it never will - all we end up doing is overstretching ourselves from the pushing, and we miss out on life because we are always to steps ahead - never fully present to experience life here and now. And this leads ut to feel like we’re failing, not managing to deliver.Â
This failing is actually a good thing, it’s a blessing. Because this is a sign that the path we’re on isn’t right for us both on a personal level, and on a universal level.

The stress, overwhelm and lack of time is an alarm-signal. Because we all long for a simpler, calmer and more grounded life, with time, energy and room to do the things we want and love.
It’s time to unbound from everything that’s been holding you back, unbound from all the clutter and BS that’s inside your system, but isn’t your own. And it’s time to begin to walk through life intentionally and create your own life on purpose. So that you can live your truth, and you can make meaning in your own reality.
My wish for you is to feel security in yourself from the deep knowing of being enough, loving yourself, feel completely at home in your self and your body, and also feel the freedom that lies in knowing of who you are, and unapologetically showing up as yourself. Your life will start to feel like your own life - maybe for the very first time.
And that is true feelings of personal power, freedom, joy and bliss like you’ve never experienced before.
