The Journal: Reflections on Body, Nervous System, and Food

This is where I share reflections drawn from lived experience, both from my own life and from years of working closely with women.

Much of what I write grows out of the patterns that appear again and again in the relationship between the body, the nervous system, and food, especially for women who have spent a long time monitoring themselves instead of feeling at home in their bodies.

Nothing here is meant to convince or change you.

It is simply a place to offer perspective and understanding for women who may recognize themselves in these experiences.

You are welcome to read slowly and take what feels meaningful to you.
