This is a space where I share reflections drawn from lived experience, both from my own life and from years of working closely with women.

What you’ll find here often comes from patterns that tend to repeat in the relationship between the body, the nervous system, and food, especially for women who have spent a long time monitoring themselves instead of feeling at home in their bodies.
